Prior to your attending a rehearsal to see if you would like to join the band, we need to gather some information from you. We need to know:
- Contact Details
- The instrument(s) you play
- If you are over 18, whether you have a Working With Children Check or are exempt from this.
- If you are under 18, then we need to know your age, and we need to know contact details for parent(s)/guardian(s)
The Players Needed page shows the instruments that are required in the band, and also the sections that are full
